Refund Eligibility

  • Service Not Provided: Full refund will be issued if our team fails to provide the scheduled service
  • Time Frame: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the scheduled service date
  • Documentation: Please provide booking reference and brief explanation for the refund request
  • Refund Amount: 100% of the service cost will be refunded for non-delivered services

Refund Process

  2. Provide your booking reference number and explain why the service wasn't delivered
  3. Our team will review your request within 48 hours
  4. Upon approval, refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  5. Expect the refund to appear in your account within 5-7 business days

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Successfully completed services
  • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours before scheduled service)
  • Customer-side issues preventing service delivery:
    • No access to premises
    • Unsafe working conditions
    • Incorrect address provided
